This is the highest grade of professional recognition offered by the ACGP. The Fellow, Corporate Governance Practitioner - FCGP grade signifies that the individual has demonstrated a substantial achievement or made a personal contribution to furthering the profession of corporate governance.
This is the highest grade of professional recognition offered by the ACGP. The Fellow Corporate Governance Practitioner - FGP grade signifies that the individual has demonstrated a substantial achievement or made a significant personal contribution to furthering the profession of corporate governance.
To become a Fellow you must meet the following additional criteria:
You will need a minimum of seven years experience in a governance role and a high level of governance knowledge, including five years sitting on a board of directors or having experience of reporting directly to the board. You will also need to have been actively involved in corporate governance for the organisation which you are currently or were previously employed by.
You must have held the grade of MGP for at least two years and have made a significant contribution to furthering governance. This will be evidenced by the submission of a portfolio of evidence and a completed portfolio form.
You must have made a significant personal contribution to furthering the corporate governance profession by having done at least one of the following:
